Fees
Is there any funding available for the courses?

The following courses offered by Rolling Pineapple are eligible for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding, with up to 70% funding support:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support + Automated External Defibrillator (Asynchronous & Practical)
  • CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) First Aid Training
  • Standard First Aid (NROC) (Async & Practical)

Funding is available for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.

Registration
How do I register for a class?

To register for a class at Rolling Pineapple, simply choose the course you are interested in and contact us via:

After we receive your inquiry, we will provide you with available dates for the course, and you can select the one that suits you. Once you have chosen your date, our team will send you a course confirmation, which includes the details of the class and the invoice.

Upon payment, you will be required to complete the e-learning module for courses that include an online component. Otherwise, just get ready for the in-person class. Should you need further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Our courses are open to individuals, corporate teams, and organizations looking to improve safety awareness and first aid proficiency.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfers: OCBC Bank 601491145001, SWIFT Code: OCBCSGSG
  • GIRO/International Payments: Please include the invoice number in your payment reference.
Refund
Can I get a refund if I do not attend the course?

All withdrawal and refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:

  • 100% Refund: For cancellations received 14 days or more before the course start date.
  • 50% Refund: For cancellations received between 13 and 3 days before the course start date.
  • No Refund: For cancellations received less than 3 days before the course start date or in any other circumstances such as no-show or inability to complete the course.
