Terms and Conditions for Rolling Pineapple Pte Ltd

By accessing and using the Rolling Pineapple website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between you (the user) and Rolling Pineapple Pte Ltd (referred to as "we," "our," or "Rolling Pineapple"). These terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, apply to all users of the site, services, and content provided by Rolling Pineapple.

To register for a course, you may enroll via our website, or contact us via email (rps.admin@rollingpineapple.com.sg) or WhatsApp (+65 9679 2945) to inquire about the course of your choice. After receiving your inquiry, we will provide you with available dates, and you can select the most suitable one. Once you've confirmed your course date, we will send you an invoice and course details.

Please ensure payment is made before attending the course. For courses with an online component, completion of the e-learning module is required before attending the in-person class. If you require any further assistance, feel free to contact us at any time.

Course Fees: Course fees are outlined in the course confirmation email and invoice. Payments must be made in full before attending the course unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy: All withdrawal and refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:

4. Course Changes and Rescheduling

Any changes to the learner's details (such as course date or name) must be made in writing with supporting documents. A change request made less than 5 days before the course start date may incur an administrative fee of $25 or 10% of the course fee per learner, whichever is higher.

Rolling Pineapple reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options.

6. Personal Data Protection

Rolling Pineapple collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Your personal information will be used to process your course registration, manage your learning experience, and communicate with you about future courses and promotions. By enrolling in a course, you consent to the use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Course Completion and Certification

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate. To be eligible for certification, participants must meet the required attendance and successfully complete all assessments, where applicable.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the certificate to be sent after course completion.

8. Limitations of Liability

Rolling Pineapple shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our website, courses, or services, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Rolling Pineapple reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
