These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all course registrations, payments, assessments, certifications, and services provided by Rolling Pineapple Pte Ltd (“Rolling Pineapple”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering for any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
All First Aid courses conducted by Rolling Pineapple are assessed with competency standards set by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (“SRFAC”).
Where applicable, courses are aligned with funding requirements issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (“SSG”).
Government funding and subsidies are strictly claimable only upon:

A registration is deemed submitted upon the successful completion and submission of Rolling Pineapple's official registration process.
By submitting a registration, the participant:
Submission of a registration constitutes an application for enrolment only and does not by itself guarantee a course placement.
The participant's acceptance of these Terms & Conditions takes effect immediately upon submission of the registration.
Rolling Pineapple reserves the right to accept, reject, defer, amend, or cancel any registration prior to confirmation at its sole discretion.
A registration shall be deemed confirmed once Rolling Pineapple issues a Course Confirmation Email, confirming that the participant has been successfully scheduled for a specific course.
Upon issuance of the Course Confirmation Email:
For courses containing an e-learning component, the Course Confirmation Email shall also contain the necessary instructions and access details required to commence the e-learning component.
Following the issuance of the Course Confirmation Email, an invoice will be issued separately before the course commencement date in accordance with Rolling Pineapple's administrative and billing procedures.
The invoice serves solely as an administrative billing document.
For the avoidance of doubt:
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that the email address, mobile number, and other contact information provided during registration are accurate, complete, and remain accessible. Participants are responsible for regularly monitoring their email inbox (including Junk or Spam folders), SMS messages, and WhatsApp (where applicable) for communications issued by Rolling Pineapple.
Any Course Confirmation Email, invoice, reminder, notice, or other communication sent by Rolling Pineapple to the contact details provided during registration shall be deemed duly delivered. Rolling Pineapple shall not be responsible for any failure by the participant to receive, access, read, or respond to any communication due to:
Participants who successfully attend and complete the course shall be charged the applicable subsidised course fee, where eligible.
Eligibility for government subsidies, SkillsFuture Credit, or any other funding support is subject to the prevailing requirements of the relevant funding agency and successful attendance and completion of all applicable course requirements.
Where a participant becomes liable for any fees under these Terms & Conditions, including the full course fee (before any applicable government subsidies, funding support, or Skillsfuture Credit Claim), such liability shall arise in accordance with Rolling Pineapple's Withdrawal, Refund, Rescheduling, Funding, Attendance, and Payment Policies.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as guaranteeing eligibility for any subsidy, funding support, or SkillsFuture Credit.
Rolling Pineapple reserves the right to:

A participant wishing to withdraw a registration prior to the issuance of a Course Confirmation Email must notify Rolling Pineapple immediately in writing. Rolling Pineapple reserves the right to accept or reject such requests, taking into account whether administrative processing, seat allocation, funding verification, trainer scheduling or other preparatory work has already commenced.
Rolling Pineapple accepts the following payment methods:
Participants must include their invoice number in the payment reference for proper reconciliation.
All bank charges and intermediary fees shall be borne by the payer.

Verbal requests, WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, telephone conversations, or non-written notifications shall not constitute a valid withdrawal, cancellation, or rescheduling request unless expressly acknowledged in writing by Rolling Pineapple.
A participant wishing to withdraw a registration prior to the issuance of a Course Confirmation Email must notify Rolling Pineapple immediately in writing. Rolling Pineapple reserves the right to accept or reject such requests, taking into account whether administrative processing, seat allocation, funding verification, trainer scheduling or other preparatory work has already commenced.
Accordingly, Rolling Pineapple reserves the right to accept, reject, or process such withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, taking into account the extent of administrative processing already undertaken.
The course fees advertised are based on applicable government funding and subsidies. Government subsidies, funding support and SkillsFuture Credit are only applicable where the participant successfully attends and completes all applicable course requirements. Participants who fail to satisfy the applicable funding requirements, including through withdrawal, cancellation, non-attendance or failure to complete the course, shall not be eligible for subsidies and shall remain liable for the Full Course Fee as stated.
For the avoidance of doubt, "Full Course Fee" refers to the standard published course fee before any applicable government subsidies, funding support or SkillsFuture Credit usage.

The Full Course Fee shall be payable where a participant:
Failure to attend the course, regardless of reason, does not constitute a valid withdrawal.
Participants who fail to attend shall not be entitled to refunds, credits, complimentary rescheduling, or transfer of fees unless otherwise approved in writing by Rolling Pineapple.
Where a participant is unable to attend due to illness, injury, work commitments, family emergencies, travel disruption, or any other personal circumstances, the request shall be assessed strictly in accordance with this Policy.
Medical certificates or other supporting documents may be submitted for verification purposes only.

By registering for the course, participants confirm that they are physically and medically fit to participate in all practical and assessment components of the course.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least five (5) working days before the course commencement date.
Rescheduling requests are subject to:
Requests submitted less than three (3) calendar days before course commencement shall be treated as late cancellations and the applicable cancellation charges shall apply.

The administrative fee covers the costs associated with reviewing assessment records, instructor reports, CCTV footage (where applicable), and other supporting evidence. Appeals submitted without payment will not be processed.
Appeals based on personal expectations, disagreement with competency standards, or discretionary passing requests will not be considered.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Rolling Pineapple reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms shall take effect upon publication.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
By registering for any course conducted by Rolling Pineapple, participants acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
